"Bad manners"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

My appointment on the 10/12/15 was for 10-50am I was finely called in at 12-20pm.

On entering the consulting room the consultant carried on with what they were doing on the computer, and with their back to me said take a seat, without a greeting of anykind, and while still looking at the computer mumbled sorry for the delay its been busy this morning. The rest of the exam was conducted by issuing orders of what they wanted me to do like like they were talking to a chimpanzee.

I understand that it is a busy clinic but manners do not take up any time and should be used at all times ...very disappointed with this arrogant attitude.
