What I liked

At all times I've found all staff to be friendly and courteous. The hospital has been clean and efficient.

What could be improved

Some days I've been straight in for appointments and other times waited for over an hour. The wait doesn't bother me, it's the lack of information. If I was told when arriving that there was a delay and there was x people in front of me then I could relax more (like going to the toilet or getting a drink without worrying about missing being called).
