(as a service user),

I think the day centre is very, very good. The girls are marvellous and do everything in their power to help you. There is no question about that.

I’m just back from going for a walk in the garden with one of the girls; it’s great getting fresh air in the lungs. I used to really enjoy walking in the hills but now I have bother with my legs.

Dear Walker1,

I'm sorry to hear that you are now unable to pursue as active a lifestyle as you have been used to and that the staff from Stronach Day Service can assist you to enjoy the extensive gardens which are filled with interesting plants and sometimes wildlife. Hopefully in the warmer months an activity porgramme will see the gardens being used for small projects and garden parties that you are welcome to participate in.
