The wait to see a psychologist was long, I waited 2 years and was asked to wait a further 3 months until I told them I was ready to make a formal complaint to PALS, I was then swiftly offered an appointment for the next working day.
During those consultations with the psychologist I felt confused it was like me talking about apples and them talking about peaches, some of the times I think the psychologist may have confused me with someone else because their responses were incoherent. The service made me felt hopeless and misunderstood which was not what I waited 2 years for. I have been deeply disappointed and would discourage anyone who wants to use this service.
