"Below the Knee amputation"

I had a serious accident in 2014 resulting in me needing a below the knee amputation I was given a date of 18th November 2015 only to be phoned the night before to tell me it had been cancelled. I was then given a new date of 16th December guess what just been informed cancelled again.
