"Recent Admission with exemplary care received"

Following a recent illness and visit to the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary the care received from start to finish was outstanding. A subsequent Admission onto Orrell Ward resulted in an exemplary level of care received. The staff from consultant to Auxillary and the Student Nurse Tony were all extremely polite and caring with the utmost professional standards maintained. They went out of their way to provide up to date information while ensuring my stay was made as comfortable as possible.

Given the current restraints placed upon these professionals with limited resources and extraordinary levels of pressure they remained a credit to their professions and an absolute credit to the NHS. Outstanding service. : -)
