I was in extreme pain after my right knee 'gave way' yet again. Was waiting the usual time expected in busy department and within just a few minutes saw Triage nurse. Extremely nice and friendly. The Orthopaedic consultant on duty was superb and made me feel like I was getting private treatment. They sent me for an x-ray and gave a really good follow - up on my return to the room. Thank you so much.
