"Appointments for fast track from GP"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

I attended on Monday 7th December after a Fast Track referral from the GP.

Before I attended I had a phone call from the hospital explaining the appointments I needed on the day. Letters arrived on Friday 4th.

From the initial entering the hospital until I left , I felt cared for and was put at ease.

Everyone who spoke to me was kind and caring , from the consultation through to the last procedure and appointment.

I had been very anxious due to the speed of the appointment.

I was actually seen on time for the three appointments .

At the end of the day I was given information and reassurance by the doctor who performed the procedure.

I have just moved to the area and was very impressed with the service I received at these departments.

The results were clear with no further follow up. Thankfully.

Hopefully I don't have to attend hospital for a very long time.

You have a good team who are efficient, including the admin department and the receptionists.

Like you (and for the right reasons of course!), we hope that you have no need to use the Lister again fir a very long time!!
