About: Charing Cross Hospital

I'm new to living in west London, I need an operation, uss (scan) it was arranged that see a consultant which I've an appointment for,also a scan but when I receivedaily the ultrasound scan appointment it said Imight having a urinary tract scan when my doctor put in for me to have gallbladder stones under my liver scanned, I'm worried now if the hospital can get this small detail wring, how many mistakes are bring made with more serious things, I.e when I have an operation.
