"Wonderful Treatment"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

Had appt yesterday for gastroscopy and colonoscopy.

Treated so well from the moment of admission until discharge about 3 hours later.

Staff treated me with dignity, respect and kindness and made sure that I was fully aware of the details of the procedure and what to expect.

Report and discharge information given with the same clarity.

Staff work well together as a team and clearly get on well.

This is a busy unit but I was made to feel that I was the only patient.

There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in all parts of the unit.

I couldn't have had better treatment in a private hospital.
