Had to book a consultant appointment following surgery months in advance. A day before the consultation is due, receive a voicemail, telling the appointment has been cancelled and a new one will be arranged, asking to give them a call back on the given number.
Attempt to call them within 2 minutes of receiving the voicemail - no one answers the phone. Attempt to reach them multiple times, but the phone number provided seems to be completely ignored.
