I cannot thank all the staff enough for the work and care they gave not only my dad who had surgery to remove bowel cancer but to us his three daughters. A massive thank you to mr Karandikar the surgeon who done an excellent job and avoided the other option of open surgery. A massive thank you to Christeen the Macmillan nurse that helped my dad loads with support and information and to all the staff on ward 7 hdu unit and ward 12 for the care they provided for my dad.

You are all super heroes thank you x

Thank you very much for your comments regarding your father's recent surgery under the care of Mr Karandikar and the nursing teams on HDU Ward 7, and Ward 12.

I am so pleased to read that you feel Mr Karandikar and the ward cared for your father and your family with excellence. as well as Christine, one of our colorectal nurse specialists.

I will be delighted to ensure that your feedback is forwarded to your father's surgeon, Mr Karandikar, and to Senior Sister Diane Southcott who will ensure that your comments are communicated to all of the team in surgery and on the wards involved in your father's care.

Please pass on my regards to your father for his continued recovery and may I thank you once again for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is extremely important to us.
