This is on behalf of my 91 year old father. The place is an absolute disgrace. it is is dirty untidy uncaring, overcrowded, with nurses sitting around the nurse station talking and laughing while patients go unnoticed.
My 91 year old father was moved from Fairfax ward to Squire ward at 3 a.m. minus his glasses, still not found, he was already in a very confused state and this just made matters worse but what really makes me tick is the total lack of care and dignity afforded to him.
How this hospital is not in special measures is beyond me.
