What I liked
I have never been treated so perfectly as a patient at any other hospital. As only an Outpatient I can't say anything about shift pahtterns/food etc but I have only the highest praise for my consultant and the team - they are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The radiotherapy team were also wonderful - taking time to explain everything, being sympathetic when I really needed it - thanks guys!
All in all a pretty wonderful place where all the staff should feel jolly proud of themselves (& I hope they do!)
What could be improved
Can't really comment as never ate in canteern & wasn't an inpatient.
