"Trying to get an appointment in ENT for..."

Please, please can somebody inform how you get an appointment in this department for microsuction?

My Mother requires microsuction roughly every six weeks as advised by the doctor in ENT.

Mother attended the microsuction on 18/11/15 for this procedure and was told to attend again in another 6 weeks.

To date we have received no letter advising us of this next appointment.

It is useless ringing the ENT department as they just put the phone down without answering you.

After this happened the receptionist advised me to speak to the doctors secretary.

There was nobody there to answer my call and was asked to leave a message.

This I did (on 2/12/15) but to date have received no reply.

I don't want my Mother to have to wait 6 months for this procedure like she did when she attended the clinic on 13th MAY 15 and after chasing received an appointment for DECEMBER 15.

This appointment was only brought forward to November after complaining to Barts Health.

So if somebody could enlighten me I will be most grateful.
