I visited plastic surgery outpatients dept to have a lesion removed on my face and was treated with compassion and thoughtfulness.

The staff were lovely and the whole experience was made easier by their friendliness and comfort.

The surgeon was excellent.

They put me at ease and explained exactly what to expect.
