"Total disorganisation"

So far I have been really disappointed with the service from west mid. I did not hesitate when choosing my hospital for maternity care as the service I have had at west mid before (a &e) has been outstanding. However my experience so far has been far from this. Still waiting for my 20week scan, to be told, my appointment is still pending as there is currently no staff avalible to do the scan! I find this extremely frustrating as a friend of mine, who is four weeks behind me, has already recieved her for the end of Jan? Worried that this disorganisation will continue and seriously considering changing care provider
