From the initial consultation, to the referral for need of surgery, correspondence and phone calls then and after were of the highest of standards. Everything was like clock work. first port of call on arriving at the Foscote Hospital for my operation was dealing with the very efficient receptionists, quickly moving on to the care nurses who were very caring and clear on procedures leaving no stone un-turned. the room was of the very highest standards from facilities and cleanliness. The anaesthetist and pre op nurses were very cool and made the procedure seamless. and finally the doctor managed to carry out some amazing surgery...even though I didn't see them much! I have nothing but praise for their amazing work.
Top Marks all round to Team Foscote, but hope to not see you again in the near future.
