"A little nervous at first but was put well at..."

About: St James's University Hospital

Anyone who has to pay visit to the David Beavers department let me put you at ease. Let me explain that I was a male outpatient.

Staff are very polite and most helpful. Everything was explained to me beforehand. I believe I asked at one stage if the cystoscopy procedure had begun, crikey... they had nearly finished. I honestly never felt any discomfort whatsoever. True professionals are the staff.

Good news. Got a clean bill of health with tea and a biscuit thrown in.

Dear J.A.K

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback about your procedure. It is fantastic to read that you were happy with the care and communication you received from staff, and I'm glad the result was good news!

Kindest regards
