My partner had a eye appointment @ 11.30 and we didn't leave the hospital til 8pm we weren't offered any food or drink all day no one told us want was happening and the staff in the x ray dept were stood around talking we had to wait over and hour just for an xray absolute disgrace the way we were treated.

I’m sorry to read your comments about the care at our hospital, you don’t describe the level of care or service that we expect. I can fully appreciate and understand your concerns and I have passed your comments on to the Group Managers for Ophthalmology (Eye) and X-Ray, so they can look into it.
