"Excellent Audiology Dept"

I visited the audiology dept at Cheshunt Community Hospital for a re assessment of my hearing after 7yrs and was dealt with by a member of staff who was extremely efficient and very friendly, they gave me more information than I was given when i was initally supplied with 2 hearing aids. I am much better informed now and my hearing has improved dramatically thanks to their diligence.I am very grateful. Please ensure they get a copy of this as people are very quick to complain when things are not to their liking but not so active in complimenting when treatment is excellent and it's always nice to know your appreciated.
