went to a&e at 6 30 was seen by nurse at 7.40 and had to wait another 1 hr 40 mins to see doctor terrible there were no other eye problems to be seen why was i waiting so long also reception staff very unpleseant spoken to me like i was a child seen doctor there who questioned me 3 times about what id done to my eye then accused me of saying three different stories terrible then i was told to wait in reception for a perscription another 1 hour later no perscription so i asked reception staff if they could chase it up there reply was no cant leave the desk you will have to wait another 20 mins later i left the hospital without perscription as id been there neally 4 hours terrible today im still awaiting on hospital phoning me to have me back to see a eye doctor who should of phoned me before 1030 i will be taking my complaint futher
