"Cardiac Rehabilitation"

After suffering a heart attack in late September and receiving excellent treatment on Manvers ward, I was referred to the cardiac rehab programme. I cannot speak highly enough of this great team! Everyone is made to feel so welcome and the staff are so understanding. After speaking to other patients I know that confidence can be a problem after a coronary event. All the staff realise this, and over the weeks both physical and emotional confidence are nurtured in a warm and reassuring environment. They also make sure that everything is done in an atmosphere of enjoyment and fun.
