poo on the floor, patient buzzers ignored, patient symptoms ignored or deemed "not an emergency" (even though in my mother's case they had to ship me her to Leeds with lights and sirens when they couldn't ignore things any longer), patients improperly dressed with no regard for decency or dignity - the list is endless.
