My Dad has recently been in Selly Oak Hospital and there are a lot of things about his stay that could have been improved, but I do like to give credit where it is due and I have to say what a nice man Mr. Donovan, the car park attendant, is. He was so friendly and helpful to my Mum and I, it was a pleasure to deal with him. So it's a big 'Thank You' to him from both of us!
