About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

This is my second review about the pain management clinic regarding no one answering calls or returning messages iv had this problem for well over a year and half. So you saying you have problems with the phone line is rubbish. If can't even answer a phone or return messages you shouldn't be doing the job. iv also reported this to P.a.l.s on more than one occasion and you just get told there very busy and there look into it but if they even bother to do this it changes nothing

It is a disgrace.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you've been affected again by this same problem. We are currently implementing a number of changes to the way we manage clinical administration and we expect this will lead to a number of improvements, including in our enquiry lines and handling of phone calls.
