First off I would like to thank Staff Nurse for thier friendly smile and understanding of patients needs and understanding when people get stressed out.

As soon as I see them it makes me feel at ease.

Over the years I have been coming to Southend Eye Hospital I all ways try and see the same doctor.

The reason I try to see them is I think they are the best in their field.

They explain every thing to their patients and is first class.

And I would like to thank them and their team for saving my sight.

Words cannot express how great full I am.

Over the last year when we come into the waiting areas it has changed not always for the better.

It's like musical chairs when you wait to see the doctor, as soon as one doctor leaves their consulting room another doctor shoot in and examine another patient.

Then the other doctor has to wait outside till they have finished.

The doctors need more consulting rooms and equipment.

Apart from my last comments.

If the

N H S was run as well as your eye clinic there would be no problems.
