I've had a great experience here following a shoulder injury. As an out-patient I can't think of any way to improve the care I've received. The booking-in process is swift and simple; written confirmation and text alerts are timely and useful.

The staff are uniformly excellent; I've seen two physios, both of whom were switched-on, courteous and knowledgeable.

One Physio in particular rates a mention for their sheer depth of knowledge and utter professionalism. I'm going to have surgery on my shoulder and they put me at ease, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Really, I couldn't have hoped for more.
