I had to attend emmersonss green today for gastroscope and was frightened to say the least!
The staff were very understanding and put me at my ease from the moment I entered the treatment area.
What was about to happen was explained in detail and I opted for sedation as I was feeling very apprehensive.
There was absolutely no need to worry as the next thing I knew it was all over and I was in recovery. I had worried for nothing and am very grateful to all the staff. thank you all.
The only small criticism I have to make is that the waiting time could be improved.
