"Friendly care and courtesy"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I was a little apprehensive about what the camera being fed down my throat into my stomach by Dr De Berry might discover after some intermittent acidic experiences over the past few weeks. It was with some relief that she reported 'everything normal'. The friendly care and courtesy shown me by the doctor, and nurses Susan and Valentine, was very calming and reassuring, and I am very grateful to them.

Dear Tiffie,

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to offer your kind feedback. I am so glad to hear the staff were kind and considerate during the procedure, and also very pleased to hear everything was normal. I hope you recover well. I shall pass your feedback on to the staff.

many thanks,

This isn't the nicest experience, I know, but it is good to know that the doctors and nurses were friendly and kind - and even better, to know that all is well.

Thank you for letting us know that your procedure went well.
