"Incredible support from the Audiology department"

About: Wycombe Hospital

I had only rung that morning to say that with my Mother in law would find an open hearing clinic difficult as she now has dementia, and she was offered a same day appointment which was so welcome and impressive. I was amazed that when I rung in, the secretary knew who I was by my telephone number! I made sure we had plenty of time to travel to the hospital so when we arrived 15minutes early it was even more impressive for Sylvia to be seen straight away by a member of staff, who was so good with her.

The hearing aids and moulds have arrived and it’s made such a difference to Sylvia’s life and to those caring for her.

I would like to praise all the staff in High Wycombe’s Audiology for such incredible support and fantastic service – thank you!
