"Two lovely paramedics who came to my home to help me"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Their names are Lorna and Mandy. They came after I had phoned 111 arrived in about 3 mins. They were very professional, kind, caring and very friendly which put me at ease straight away. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They wouldn't leave until the doctor they had called had got back to me and they knew I would be well looked after

They were called through the Poole in Dorset service.

So, top marks for two lovely paramedics.
