"All NHS staff should learn from staff here"

I brought my daughter here as I couldn't get an appointment at GP.

I explained the problem to the Receptionist who took down all the details.

They said that they would request an urgent triage and we were called through in less than 10 minutes.

I have to say the Nurse Practitioner was fantastic with my daughter, even though she was in considerable pain, they tried their best to make the experience relaxing and funny for her.

After a discussion with our GP surgery to see if we could get an appointment with GP & was told no by the GP's Receptionist, my daughters pain got worse and the Nurse Practitioner referred her to CAU and arranged an ambulance.

The ambulance staff were also brilliant.
