"Endoscopy unit"

I have a rare neurological illness one of the symptoms is severe chemical sensitivities, products like washing powders & fabric conditioners, aftershave and anything with perfume in it can make me quite unwell, so you can imagine how difficult it is just to attend an appointment at a hospital. The Sister of the Endoscopy unit made it all possible for me to do just that, they went out of their way to keep me safe, changing roles with colleagues and re organising beds where necessary, their kindness, understanding and professionalism made my day there pass without any serious reactions.
