"Visited twice recently as an outpatient"

Visited the new eye unit and the phlebotomy department recently.

Both new and squeaky clean.

Both departments running very efficiently and well.

Hardly kept waiting at all.

All the staff were extremely efficient and friendly - I was really impressed.

I was in and out in no time and I was so impressed I wrote and thanked them.

Have never written to a hospital before!

The coffee shop downstairs is the most efficient coffee shop I have ever seen.

Amazing!
