I am writing on behalf of my aunt collapsed whilst we are dining out. The Paramedics were very good and reassuring as we awaited an ambulance. A and E service took a while to admit her but she was in safe hands. From then onwards with ward changes and further care, my Aunt was looked after very well. All the staff were supportive and approachable in Claydon to Woodbridge Ward after her pacemaker was fitted. She enjoyed the food too and had her birthday whilst in hospital. Discharge was handled professionally too. We cannot fault the service and thank everyone involved in my aunt's recovery.
