I took my Mum to the doctor and the doctor suspected she may have had a minor stroke a month earlier as her speech was not right and even though she felt fine apart from the speech problem the doctor referred her to North Staffs hospital. That was on the Monday. On the Friday we were at the neurology department for tests and to see the doctor. All the staff here were so kind and considerate. Seemed to smile a lot which put Mum more at ease (she is 92 years old). When she saw the doctor she saw the most careful, considerate, concise doctor I have ever come across. The doctor explained things really well and so even though it was a worrying experience for Mum she remained relatively calm. I cannot thank the doctor enough for the way their dealt with my Mum.
"Thank you"
