Went for an ecg today and was greeted by a staff member, who throughout the examination was very professional, warm, great communication skills, empathic and very helpful in explaining a few things about the ecg.

I was treated with dignity, above all.

Human skills do count and making people feel at ease is important as well.

And yes, I took time to write something positive about CFH.
