"2 week wait ref / Car parking"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

No complaints regarding staff, service. We are at the hospital now and your patient car parking is shocking. You have patients waiting trying to park for over 45 mins therefore patient appointments run late, poor experience. There our numerous staff spaces free. Don't understand why arrange lots patient appointments when there is nowhere to park.

As my partner had an appointment for breast lumps we waited 13 days for appt on 18/11 then asked to come back 5 days later for biopsies. Then biopsies were today then informed we have to wait another 7-10 days for the results. So very long wait for outcome and 3 appointments when surely everything should be done in one visit.
