"Service not only benefits me but also my wife"

I get 3 visits a day from ILS. The carers help me get ready in the mornings and put cream on my legs and feet at night. This is really important for my circulation problem. I’ve got a shower now at home because it was getting really difficult to get out of the bath – this has really made a big difference.

I would say it’s a good service, not only does it benefit me but it benefits my wife. It takes a lot of weight off her because she was having to help me a lot. The carers who visit are particularly good.

My wife isn’t happy with how the service is organised from the head office, she compares it to how other services do it and feels this is something that could improve for us.
