"Thank you for a very welcoming stay"

I accompanied my 7 year old son to his adenoid- and tonsillectomy yesterday and I can only praise the hospital for every aspect of the experience.

All the staff from the doctors to the cleaners were very professional, caring and thorough. (Special thanks to the staff on the Bearwood Ward for post operative care and attention).

My son's operation took place on time, the outcome was good, he met his surgeon and anaesthetists before and I felt he was in good hands.

Lastly the ward was spotless and there seemed to be a great commitment to cleaning, as you would hope would be the case.

Thank you to all the staff who work so hard to deliver positive experiences for us patients.
