I would like to thank all the staff who work in Outpatients. Unfortunately I have had to use theses services a lot recently. Staff I have encountered from all areas could not have been more helpful. Occasionally I got lost in the hospital, and staff approached me to help without being asked.
Although there is a wait for appointments, once in the system I have found treatment to be very efficient, consultants take time to explain procedures and ensure all questions are answered. Thank goodness for the NHS!
