"Day surgery unit in a word- impressive!"

Yesterday,on the 23th of November I had a day surgery at St Albans City Hospital.I have never had any previous experience in surgery units myself, therefore including constant news about problems in NHS I did not know what to expect. Day after I cannot thank enough to the very carrying and helpful nurses at Beckett Ward. They were great so the service in whole as well.Special thanks to the surgeons, who did an incredible job letting me have a pain free night sleep. I had varicous vein operation and my leg is going to be wrapped for two days, this is way I cannot see it yet, but I was explained and advised by the nurses for the whole after care steps and possible complications,which I had not experienced for the first 24 hours at all.Big thank to every staff involved, they were all great and kind, which made me fell safe and comfortable with the all procedure.

In addition, may I ask my thanks to be delivered to the nurses especially, as my husband unfortunately forgot to post my form into the ballot box in the ward.
