My child is severely disabled and was sent to hospital with a chest infection.
From a & e she was transferred to Adult ITU .
My child is 17. On ITU the chest infection was managed well.
We could not be transferred to a ward for full recovery so had to remain on ITU.
During the last over night stay a cannula was transferred and not checked hourly which has lead to a severe injury to my child.
