"i first went into ward 15 on 1stseptember ..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

i first went into ward 15 on 1stseptember 2009 with passing water problems i was treated straight away and admitted for treatment and tests

care and attention was brilliant and was treated with the utmost courtesy by day and night staff alike.

when ward rounds were done by registrars

everything that i needed to know was discussed with me .after my diagnosis of tumer on right kidney and blockage in artery to heart

surgery was discussed with myself and family

and was given the options needed to make me well by my consultant surgeon who was very good at making us feel comfortable about the surgery needed .

the after care after surgery was exccellent by consultants and nursing staff.

the hospital wards were cleaned regularly and were very clean even in all corners as we the patients in the ward could see how it was being cleaned.

i would not hesitate at being admiited to castle hill again.

What could be improved
