"Attending outpatient department"

About: Louth Community Hospital

Attended 23/11/15

Just returned from meeting two very polite, professional personal which completed my journey from cystoscopy, bladder scan through to the flow test,at all times I was treated with dignity, everything was explained in detail and my privacy was respected at all times.Even the person taking blood samples who had just been through a distressing situation manage to give a smile and resume the care.

The team should feel proud of themselves they made me feel like a patient not just another body to be pushed along.

The hospital should be proud of them.

Thank you.
