"I was an in patient on Clandon ..."

What could be improved

I was an in patient on Clandon Ward from 9-18 November. This is the second stay I have had on this ward following extensive surgery for the treatment of cancer on both occasions. The first occasion was December 2007 and the second was as previoulsy stated.

The whole experience on both occasions was exceptionally good with superb care and attention being provided from all staff at all times. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times and was very much involed with all decisioons relating to my care.

I spent 2 nights immediately after my operation on ICU and again the care was excellent.

The professional attitude of staff was second to none and I am grateful to RSCH.

Anything else?

The food provided was not of a good quality, but I understand this is the responsibilty of MEDIREST the catering compnay and not the RSCH.
