"A&E/Resus"

On 15th November my elderly mother was treated in A&E. I can't thank the staff enough for the care given. Everyone from the cleaners to the doctors were wonderful, treating my mother with sensitivity and respect. I was kept fully informed through out her treatment in a professional and kindly manner. A special thank you goes to a Clinical Support worker(?) who spent several hours supporting me through a difficult time until my family arrived. Sadly mum later passed away on Will Adams ward but again wonderful treatment given. So a big thank you from all the relatives of Mrs Elizabeth (betty) Bell.
