"Lack of hygiene, none of the o stuff care about..."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

I visited the UCC at St. Mary's around 9 pm. The waiting area was crowded and there was only one washroom available which was for disabled people. To pass urines samples we had to use that washroom and inside was beyond horrible. Used toilet papers on seat cover, on the floor and 2 used Urine sample boxes on the right, one urine sample box was literally floating in the loo, inside the non-flushed urine. And behind the waiting area, one of the unwell or drunk patient literally put his pants down and spread his urine everywhere on the floor. What did your stuff do? Even the nurses and doctors? Jumped over it, not even calling one person to clean that area. I was waiting there for a long time there with my scarf covered around my face like a veil due to lack of hygiene and distinct disgusting smell. I recorded all on a video and took photos for your attention and to share with NHS. Your doctors nor nurses may not mind another person's pee or horrible washrooms, it is their decision. But I do!
