"Do not go there!"

I went for an outpatient appointment with a consultant who is excellent. however, as a person with a disability, the wheelchair access, parking, etc. is abysmal. the outside lift does not work. I required the imaging department and my husband had to push me (or rather prevent me from crashing down the laundry entrance and into laundry carts, etc.) Coming out of the imaging department and angry 'porter' pushed me so fast up the laundry entrance without even allowing my husband or me to speak and let my chair roll down the step of the pavement almost overturning me in my wheelchair.

The administration staff were rude and intransigent.

The customer service is shocking!
